We want your shopping experience to be seamless and enjoyable! We offer standard shipping through USPS and UPS, with expedited options available for those who need their products a little faster. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. For orders with complimentary shipping, you can expect them to ship within 3-4 business days.

Delivery times are as follows:
- USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
- USPS Express: 1-2 business days
- UPS Ground/Home: 2-3 business days
- UPS 1-Day: 1 business day
- International Shipping: 2-10 business days, depending on the service

Please note that we proudly ship worldwide! Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to redirect it. Orders to P.O. Boxes and military addresses will be sent via USPS Priority.

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you need to return a product, we’re here to help. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). Opened products will be refunded minus a 35% restocking fee for safety reasons.

To return an item, simply reach out for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return your items within 10 days of receiving your RAN and remember to keep your tracking number for peace of mind. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour to avoid a $35 cancellation fee.
