Created for stubborn, calloused, pigmented body skin, this is a dedicated preparation step rather than an everyday body wash. Give areas such as knees, feet, ankles, elbows, the backs of hands and knuckles a considered place in your exfoliation routine.

Your pre-shower exfoliation routine
- Apply evenly to dry body skin before your shower, following the quantity guidance and precautions on your product packaging.
- Leave on for 2–3 minutes maximum. Do not exceed three minutes or wait for tingling as the signal to rinse.
- Wash off thoroughly in the shower with plenty of tepid water.
- Pat dry and continue with your body-care routine, following each treatment product's own directions.
Use 2–3 times total every two weeks, not 2–3 times each week.
